Constitutive promoter with FseI restriction sites

Constitutive promoter bounded by four FseI sites. The expected operational result is that the promoter will be spliced out of a plasmid when FseI is present.

Usage and Biology

Place this part next to a gene of interest so that the gene is constitutively expressed until the restriction endonuclease FseI is present. Effectively, this part will work to knock out a gene.
